The Zoning Map for the City of Delaware is part of the City's new Zoning Code that was approved by City Council in July of 2025 (Ordinance 25-38). This map assigns each parcel and lot in the City a zoning district, which aligns with the permitted uses, setbacks, design requirements, and other regulations outlined in the Zoning Code. The online map includes a document library of supplementary approvals for the various planned districts in the City. 

This online map of the City of Delaware Zoning Districts is an electronic representation of the Official Zoning Map on file in the Planning and Community Development Department. For a copy of the official map please contact the office at planning@delawareohio.net or 740-203-1600. Any content in this map that differs from the Official Zoning Map shall not be a basis to any land use rights, information contained in the official zoning map shall prevail.
