The Planning and Zoning Division serves as staff representative to the Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission, and Historic Preservation Commission, and is responsible for reviewing Zoning and Development permits and applications, administering the Zoning Code, and planning for future growth. In addition to the Planning and Community Development Director and Planning and Zoning Administrator, there are three Development Planners working hard to review all zoning permit applications, coordinate land development projects, and assist other departments with grant applications.
