The City of Delaware issues combined building and zoning permits (formally known as Certificates of Building and Zoning Compliance) for projects in the City. This means that, in most circumstances, only one permit will be required for any given project, even if there are both building and zoning components of the application.  

The below permits are currently available in the public portal:  RESIDENTIAL (1)
