This Master Plan was approved by City Council in October 2022. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the extent the City of Delaware parks and recreation system is meeting citizen needs while discussing system-wide areas of future need. The community was involved throughout the 3-year development of the Master Plan to identify its vision and expectations for the future of the Delaware parks system.
