Judge Mark Fowler

Judge Mark W. Fowler was appointed by Governor Mike DeWine to the Delaware Municipal Court in March 2025. Before taking the bench, Judge Fowler served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office beginning in 2011.

Before becoming an assistant prosecutor, Judge Fowler was an Ohio Assistant Attorney General for four years.

Judge Fowler received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Akron and his law degree magna cum laude from Cleveland State University. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and in the United States Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio.

Judge Fowler is very involved in the Delaware community. He coaches Special Olympics, is on the Main Street Delaware Board of Directors, and is involved with the Knights of Columbus. For his volunteerism, Judge Fowler received the Ohio State Bar Foundation’s Community Service Award.

Judge Fowler and his wife live in Delaware with their four daughters.
