Convenience Fee

Starting Jan. 1, 2025, a convenience fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions with the City of Delaware. In the past, the city has absorbed the fee that is assessed by the credit card companies. In 2024, that amount will be approximately $300,000. We have other payment choices available that avoid the fee. Please contact us for more information:
