Each solicitation and/or Notice To Bidders will specify where the solicitation response must be submitted.
Some solicitations issued by City Departments including, but not limited to Engineering Services, Public Works and Public Utilities will be posted on BidExpress, an online, web-based online bidding system. Prior to submitting a submission, Bidders must first register and create a digital ID at https://www.infotechinc.com/bidexpress/. Please note that it can take up to five business days to process registration and a digital ID on BidExpress and it is recommended that a digital ID be enabled in advance of submitting a bid response/proposal. Solicitations and bidding documents are available free for viewing and download however, to submit a proposal, bidders must register for a verified user account to submit a bid.
