As part of the next phase of the Point Improvement Project, Central Avenue will close to through traffic in both directions for up to 45 days starting April 13 between Lake Street and the railroad bridge.

Central Avenue eastbound and westbound traffic will be detoured using William Street and Lake Street.

The east leg of the Central & Lake intersection will be closed.

Central Avenue between Potter and East Streets will remain open to local traffic, accessible via Channing, Potter, Wade, and other side streets.

Winter St. will be temporarily converted to right-in/right-out on both sides of Lake.

East St. and Moore St. will only be accessible from Fair Ave. (not from Central).

Foley St. will only be accessible from William St. (not from Central).

The evening of April 12, changes to the signal at the Central & Lake intersection will be made, with traffic maintained.
