CSX will replace a railroad bridge above William Street between Frank Street and Potter Street March 15 through March 27. The bridge was damaged by an over-height load earlier this year.
Full Closure Phase
- 9 p.m. Fri 3/20 through 6 a.m. Mon 3/23.
- William St. will be closed to thru traffic in both directions between Lake Street and the Point. All thru traffic will be detoured using Central Ave. and Lake St.
- William St. will be open to local traffic only (via intersecting roads) between Lake and Frank St. and between Potter St. and Central.
- An overnight full closure at the worksite may be necessary during the week of 3/15, depending on conditions.

- At all other times outside the full closure phase, William St. will be open to eastbound traffic.
- Westbound thru traffic will be detoured at the Point to Central Ave.
- William St. will be open to local traffic only in both directions (via intersecting roads).

- Overnight 3/15 starting at 9 p.m., work will take place on the traffic signal at the William-Lake intersection
- In both phases, Winter St. will be completely closed between Lake St. and Potter St.
