Following the approval of the new City of Delaware Zoning Code, all new or relocating businesses are required to obtain a Certificate of Use Compliance (CUC) prior to occupying or altering the space. These applications can be found on the online permitting portal linked here. Certificates of Use Compliance are nested under Commercial permits.
