Citizens for the 4th is again organizing the July 4 parade in the City of Delaware. It will take place on Friday, July 4, beginning at 11 am from the county fairgrounds Liberty Street gate. The parade travels through the downtown on Sandusky Street, then to Wilmer Street, then to Henry Street. If your group or organization is interested in taking part,
