Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of the Delaware South New Community Authority (the "Authority") will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, commencing at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at Delaware City Hall, One South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015.

 

The purposes of the meeting are to:

 

  1. Elect Board officers. 
  2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Authority's community development charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Cooperative Agreement.
  3. Consider a resolution levying the Authority's community development charge for fiscal year 2026.
  4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

 

This meeting is open to the public.
