NOTICE OF JULY 16, 2026

MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
DELAWARE NORTHWEST NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

            Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Delaware Northwest New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at Delaware City Hall, One South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015.

            The purposes of the meeting are to: 

1. Election of officers.
2. Consider a resolution approving the budget and charge collections.
3. Consider a resolution approving a remote meeting policy.
4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

            This meeting is open to the public.
