NOTICE OF JULY 13, 2026
ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE NORTHERN NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of the Northern New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time at Delaware City Hall, One South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
1. Elect Board officers.
2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Authority’s community development charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Cooperative Agreement.
3. Consider a resolution levying the Authority’s community development charge.
4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.
This meeting is open to the Public.
