NOTICE OF AUGUST 14, 2025 ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE DELAWARE SOUTH NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of the Delaware South New Community Authority (the "Authority") will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, commencing at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at Delaware City Hall, One South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
The purposes of the meeting are to:
- Elect Board officers.
- Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Authority's community development charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Cooperative Agreement.
- Consider a resolution levying the Authority's community development charge for fiscal year 2026.
- Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.
This meeting is open to the public.
