Public Works

Responsibilities
The Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the City's roadway infrastructure system, the collection of residential and commercial refuse, recyclable materials and yard waste, the maintenance and repair of traffic control signals and signage, and the maintenance and repair of the City's vehicle and equipment fleet. The Public Works Department also maintains the oversight of the Delaware Municipal Airport.
