This online tax tool enables City of Delaware residents and taxpayers to calculate and print a  tax form, with the added option of e-filing a return.  In order to use the tax tool, you will need your account number (Delaware tax ID number). You can find it on the tax return that was recently mailed to you. A search option is available on the tax tool if you do not know your account number.

Important Dates
The City of Delaware income tax filing deadline is 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 17. Our  income tax department staff is available to assist with your City tax preparation.  Assistance is provided 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday in the City Hall tax office, 1 South Sandusky Street, Delaware. This tax season the office will be open additional hours Saturday, April 14, 9 am to 1 pm; and Tuesday, April 17, 8 am to 7 pm.
