All fees shall be paid in full at the time of application submittal.

If an application is withdrawn, reimbursement of paid fees shall be made as follows:
• A minimum handling fee of $25 will not be returned.
• If an application requires a legal advertisement and that advertisement has been placed, an additional paid fee of 25 percent of the total fee or an additional. $100 will be retained, whichever is less.
• If the application has been heard by the appropriate Board or Commission, an additional paid fee of 25 percent of the total fee or an additional $100 will be retained, whichever is less.
• All remaining fees will be reimbursed to the Applicant.
