 The Jetstream Corporate Center; Corporate Hangar/Office Space
 Located at the Delaware Municipal Airport, the center has a 16,000 square foot (160′ x 100′) clear span lighted and heated hangar with a 70′ x 18′ door. The two  wings of office space flanking the hangar area consist of 24 individually leased office spaces totaling 6,400 square feet. The offices are each fully wired for cable  television, multiple phone lines and high speed broadband internet. Wireless internet is also available throughout the center. The office areas offer a common  lounge area, flight planning room and restrooms with shower facilities.

Airspace Place builds quality condo-type T-hangars for sale to pilots. They are designed by pilots for pilots with all the amenities needed to make flying more pleasurable and to protect your aircraft investment. These hangars are insulated and heated and have a host of other features.

Shamrock Air Services, LLC provides quality aircraft maintenance and aircraft repair. Shamrock’s skilled technicians perform annual and 100-Hour inspections. All  required inspection plates are removed and the aircraft is given a thorough inspection using a standard aircraft inspection report.
