City Resident Policy: A “Resident” must live or work within the Delaware City limits or be the spouse or child (17 years or younger) of such a person living in the same household. “Non-resident” applies to all others. Even though you may live in the 43015 zip code or within the Delaware City School District, you may not live within the Delaware City limits. To receive the Resident Rate, residents will be required to present identification such as a valid driver’s license, recent utility bill, or recent check stub showing Delaware City income tax withheld. Late Fee Policy: Late fees may be applied in cases where registrations can be taken after a stated deadline. The amount of the late fee may vary.
