Cindy Dinovo is Clerk of the Delaware Municipal Court. As Clerk of Court, Cindy is responsible for maintaining and protecting the court records and collecting and disbursing all monies payable to the court. She is focused on customer service, fiscal accountability and protecting tax dollars. The Clerk of Court office serves all of Delaware County.

Cindy Dinovo has been Clerk of Court since January 1, 2008. She was elected to her first term in November, 2007, which will run through December 31, 2013. Clerk Dinovo brings an expansive knowledge of the court system, having worked for more than 20 years in the Municipal Court. She previously served as the Clerk of Court for five years from 1997 to 2001.

Clerk Dinovo is a member of the Ohio Association of Municipal and County Court Clerks where she serves as Secretary and the Ohio Association of Court Administrators. In addition, she is a member of the Farm Bureau; Delaware County Agricultural Society; Sunbury/Big Walnut Chamber of Commerce; Delaware County Criminal Justice Association; serves on the Delaware Area Career Center Law Enforcement Advisory Board and is the court representative for the CMI-Civica User Group Board.

Clerk Dinovo previously served as the Delaware City Council Clerk and worked for Delaware City Schools. She is married to Sam and they have two children.
