Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty meeting the requirements 153.54 to 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code.  Bids shall be sealed and addressed to:

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Delaware Community Center YMCA, 1121 S Houk Rd, Delaware, OH 43015 at 1pm  local time on April 2, 2015.  Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is encouraged and will be taken into consideration in determining most responsive bidder.  

Prospective bidders may address inquiries to: OHM Advisors, attn: Mark Bockrath.  Email complete and concise question with specific sheet or specification reference to mark.bockrath@ohm-advisors.com.  All questions regarding the bid must be submitted via email no later than end of business, April 6, 2015.  The responses are to be posted on the City’s website to the above email address.  All responses to questions will be posted on the City’s website: www.delawareohio.net.

Request for Proposal - Advanced Meter Infrastructure Program

The City of Delaware, Ohio (City) is considering improvements to its meter reading operation.  It is the City’s intention to enter into a contract with a Consultant to assist the City with the implementation of an Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) system.  It is expected that the Consulting firm will act as an owner’s agent for the City and provide expert level advisory services on the technology, system capabilities, and best practice procurement methods, as well as industry leading program management skills to support a successful AMI implementation.

Submittal Date

The City must receive five (5) copies of proposals from firms no later than 4:00 pm E.S.T. on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 including digital copy of the RFP.
