Some apartments and condominiums also have special containers in their building for recycling. All residents can utilize a recycling drop-off site located in the Sims Recycling Center, 65 London Road, Delaware, as well as plastic bag drop-off containers at local grocery stores. The City uses a commingled recycling system; meaning items need only be separated into two groupings: Fiber and Non-fiber.
