Facility rentals for the 2012 calendar year will be taken, starting January 3, at 8.m. at the Mingo Park Recreation Office, 500 East Lincoln Avenue. Mingo Office hours for that week only will be 8 am-6 pm. After this week, facility rentals will be done at the Delaware Community Center YMCA, 1121 South Houk Road. Facilities are reserved on a first-approved and first-paid process. Businesses or organizations must provide a liability insurance certificate.

3-Season Shelter at Mingo Park

The 3-Season Shelter is an enclosed shelter available from April 1 through the end of October.  This facility has a maximum capacity of 100 people and is equipped with large picnic tables, electrical outlets, ceiling fans, a drinking fountain, counter space with sink and running water, and a stone fireplace. No reservations will be accepted before January 3, 2012 for reservations in 2012.

Hilborn Room

This multi-purpose room, located in the Mingo Park Complex, is available for rental by individuals, organizations, and businesses.  It is ideal for meetings, family reunions, wedding receptions or showers, birthday parties, and much more.  The room dimensions are 48” x 48” with a maximum capacity of 100 people.  The kitchen is also available to rent for an additional fee.  However, the kitchen is unavailable for use May 1- October 1.

Jack Florance Pool
The Jack Florance Pool at Mingo Park is available for your group or family summer event. The pool is available on a first-paid, first-served basis with a two-hour minimum after regular hours on weekends between 7:30 - 10:30 pm, or weekdays between 8:30-10:30 pm.  Phone 740-203-1810
