By Ohio State law, the City of Delaware Mayor can perform marriage ceremonies.

• The ceremony must be performed in Delaware County
• Couples must first obtain a marriage license from the Delaware County Probate Court (740-833-2680).
• The fee is $50. Funds go toward a Mayor's Fund, which helps support favorite community causes and events, and charitable programs
